Who we are
Prime Route Driving provides driving lessons across Manchester, Salford and Cheshire. You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@primeroutedriving.co.uk or on 07827 641625.
What we collect and why
When you contact us — by WhatsApp, phone, email or the enquiry form — we collect the details you give us (name, phone number, postcode, lesson preferences) and use them only to arrange and manage your driving lessons. The enquiry form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes your submission solely to email it to us. Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages visited, buttons clicked). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's privacy policy. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Photos
Pass photos on this site are shared with the learner's knowledge, taken together at the test centre, with the certificate held in front of the face so nobody is identifiable. If you'd like a photo of you taken down, message us and it's done.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to run your lessons and our accounts. Ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you or to have it deleted — one message to 07827 641625 or info@primeroutedriving.co.uk is enough.
